Caree Harper is a criminal defense attorney in Los Angeles. She and her team also handle select excessive force cases. Ms. Harper is licensed in the State of California, the U.S District Court in the Central & Southern Districts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Our office provides criminal defense & civil rights violation advocacy on select matters. We represent the Kendrec McDade Family & Lumard Wilson, both of whom were shot by police while unarmed. Neither men had criminal records, neither were in a gang nor in unlawful possession of anything. Only one of the young men survived his contact with police.
